Wow yet again another amazing experience! Boyette Air is my professionals to Call when having home AC issues. Had a weird issue this morning and gave them a call, They were able to work me in and come out to inspect my AC system. They always explain everything in great detail to make sure I understand the best options to go forward and their customer service is the best in the area for AC companies in my area. If you're having problems with your home AC system definitely give them a ring!!

Recently I called Rick at Boyette Air for routine maintenance. Steve and Tyler arrived on time, were knowledgeable, pleasant and neatly dressed. However, I neglected to ask Steve to replace my air filter. I called Rick, the owner, and Steve and Tyler came back within an hour to put in a new air filter. Great customer service by a great team. The coldest day of the season and the heat goes out.. I was put on notice several times my 5 ton 14 year old AC was subject to go anytime. After reviewing the situation, it was time to replace the unit. I made the call to Rick at Boyette Air for a quote for repair or replace. The decision was to replace. The next big question was how soon. Tomorrow at 8:30 Rick quoted. Friday at 8:30 Rick and his professional crew drives up and begins work immediately. Before noon he removed the old unit and installed a new five ton Bryant unit, Cleaned up the old parts and we are good with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. What a deal. Boyette has been my AC service company for eight plus years. I would recommend them for all AC/Heat problems. Thanks Rick and CREW for a professional job.

Came home on a Sunday back in September only to find that my A/C was not working. Called a good friend and he, without hesitation, recommended Boyette Air. Told me to contact Rick which I did first thing on Monday. Steve arrived at my house within an hour or so after my call. He checked out the unit and tried everything to get it running but no luck. My A/C unit was over 15 years old and I knew that a repair just may not be possible this time. Steve discussed some options and also gave me a quote for a new unit. He too encouraged getting other opinions/quotes in that dealing with new unit. I did so and determined that I got the best quote from Boyette for the same unit/warranty ect. Rick was out with his team on Thursday even prior to the time he had told me and my unit was in and running by noon. My experience with Boyette was wonderful. Unit is working great and the inspector even told me what a great job they did. I would highly recommend Boyette Air to anyone who is in need of A/C repair, new unit or maintenance.

Recently I needed to replace my central a system. I was looking to relocate the air handler from the attic into closet located just below the existing handler. After obtaining several bids and having one of the companies tell me not to relocate the handler, I spoke with Rick and found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He confirmed that moving the air handler to the closet would increase efficiency and make it easier to service as I suspected. Rick price was much cheaper for a top brand than any other company. Rick worked around my schedule and completed the job in just a few hours. I found him to be a man of his word and did exactly as said which is a rarity in the business world thewe days.

I would highly recommend Boyette Air if you need a system replaced or serviced.

These guys came out and took care of my air handler in the garage. The stand was rotted and the handler was sinking down pulling away from the ceiling. They removed and re-installed my handler and it was fast and perfect, thank you Rick Boyette and his team!!!!

My husband and I highly recommend BOYETTE AC!! We received awesome, professional yet still personable & courteous service. The team was very informative and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the services being rendered. It's a great feeling afterwards to feel that you were treated right and not taken advantage of. When they left we felt blessed to have chosen the right company.

We had an issue with water leaking out of the inside A/C drain line which I figured was probably caused by a clog. I looked online at DIY options but decided to go ahead and look for a full service since we hadn't done that in a year. I found Boyette Air and saw it was reviewed highly on Google Reviews so gave them a call. Rick answered right away and had just left the shop so took my phone number and had Steve call me. I talked to Steve around 9am and explained the issue and he was out at the house by 10:30am. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the drain and fixed it and took the time to explain to me how it happened and how to prevent it in the future. He also took a look at the rest of the system and noticed the capacitor on the outside unit was dated and of poor quality and felt that it would fail very soon. I don't know much about HVAC so he took the time to explain to me what it does and why he felt like it needed to be replaced so I went ahead with the replacement. Of course the last thing my family wants with a 2 and 4 year old in the house is a broken down A/C in the middle of the Florida summer, so I trusted him on this.

Overall, the guys at Boyette Air were extremely responsive, friendly, efficient, and did everything in a timely manner. It was very affordable, as well. Living in Ohio for several years we had to have HVAC companies out often for both A/C and Heater issues so we kind of got a sense for what things typically cost, and the prices that Boyette Air charged me were extremely fair. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the Riverview/Gibsonton/Brandon/Valrico area.

If you can find a better HVAC contractor you better hire them. These guys care about their customer. They do not try to upsell anything. They tell you the truth about you system. They are our HVAC contractor for life.

After an error by myself, Boyette Air came out with no hesitation and resurrected my problems. No charge, no complaints no problems. They have me as a customer for life.
