Came back from out of town to find my 2 y/o A/C was blowing warm air – it was 87deg in the house. After calling 5 other businesses (none of which would be able to come out that day) I called Rick. He answered with a friendly hello and was out to my place in about 20 minutes. He was able to pinpoint the problem right away and even had the part needed on hand. He was able to get my A/C blowing cold air again after being there for only 15 minutes. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and polite. Thought it was a Sunday evening @8pm – he was still able to come out, fix the issue, and the charge wasn't near as much as I thought it'd be under the circumstances. I plan on using him and his company for primitive maintenance from now on. I highly recommend this company.
