The coldest day of the season and the heat goes out.. I was put on notice several times my 5 ton 14 year old AC was subject to go anytime. After reviewing the situation, it was time to replace the unit. I made the call to Rick at Boyette Air for a quote for repair or replace. The decision was to replace. The next big question was how soon. Tomorrow at 8:30 Rick quoted. Friday at 8:30 Rick and his professional crew drives up and begins work immediately. Before noon he removed the old unit and installed a new five ton Bryant unit, Cleaned up the old parts and we are good with a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. What a deal. Boyette has been my AC service company for eight plus years. I would recommend them for all AC/Heat problems. Thanks Rick and CREW for a professional job.
